You can browse the content without signing in, however please make sure that you have a registered account to purchase and
download contents.
Your tablet device must be connected to a network using Wi-Fi or wireless WAN to use the preview feature.

purchased can be downloaded from [Download List].
To download content, your current location must be the same as the country/region for your account.
Check that there is enough free space to download the content.
