It is designed to conserve the food's nutritional value while using little water for

cooking.

Add only about 2 cups of water to the food for the large elements and about 3/4 Ć 1

cup of water for the small elements.

Cook rice in double the volume of liquid.

Cover the pan with a lid.

The quick start function is not suited for foods that are cooked in a large quantity of

water (e.g. pasta).

Use a tall pot.

Rinse the pan with cold water before filling it.

Preheat the frying pan and oil before adding food Do not turn the food too soon.

Food will separate from the bottom of the pan after cooking a short time.

froth will boil over.

Milk will stick.

When frying, the food may stick to the

pan.
