1) Turn on your Sansa player.
2) Change the USB Mode to MSC (Settings/USB Mode)
3) Connect your Sansa e200 to the computer.
4) Choose Take no action on initial connection to the computer.
5) A Sansa Updater dialog box will appear at the lower right corner of your
computer monitor when new updates are available.
6) Click More Info.
7) Follow the on-screen instruction.
Connecting to your Computer
The Sansa e200 player can operate in 2 different USB modes, MTP (Media Transfer
Protocol) and MSC (Mass Storage Class). From the Main Menu, go to Settings/USB
Modes/MTP or MSC to change the mode.
To connect the Sansa to your computer, please execute the following steps:
1) Connect the smaller end of the USB cable into an available USB port on the
computer
2) Connect the larger end of the USB cable into the dock connector of the player
3) The Sansa e200 will show connected on its display screen.
MTP Mode
The Sansa player will appear in My Computer as Sansa e200 Portable
Media Player in MTP mode. The microSD card will not be displayed. MTP is
needed when using your device with monthly music subscription services
such as Rhapsody, Napster, and Yahoo! Music.
