ADDING A VOICE MEMO (STILL IMAGES AND SEQUENTIAL
SHOTS ONLY)

Press the shutter release button.
œ Voice memo recording starts when
the shutter release button is pressed.
Talk into the microphone on the
digital camera.
œ A voice memo of up to about 10
seconds can be recorded.
œ If you finish recording within 10
seconds, press [
Á ] on the arrow
button to end recording.
œ While the voice memo is being
recorded, RECORDING and
K
are
displayed.
HINT
œ For still images, you can also add a voice memo immediately after
capturing an image (see page 112).
œ After a voice memo has been added to an image, you cannot erase only
the voice memo. When the image is erased, the attached voice memo is
also erased.
œ If a voice memo is added to an image that already has a voice memo, the
new recording will replace the previous one.
