described in their Radio Standard
Specification RSS-123.

A licence is normally required. The
local district office of Industry Canada
should therefore be contacted. When
the operation of the device is within
the broadcast band, the licence is
issued on no-interference, no-
protection basis with respect to
broadcast signals.

Operation of this device is subject to
the following two conditions: (1) this
device may not cause interference, and
(2) this device must accept any
interference, including interference
that may cause undesired operation of

certification number only signifies that
Industry Canada technical
