Monitor-style televisions offer improved sound and picture over
regular televisions because they receive the audio and video signals
directly from the DVD-VCR through the line inputs.
NOTE: A monitor television is not the same as a computer
monitor.
1 Connect VCR to Monitor TV
Connect RCA cables from the Audio/Video Line Out jacks on the
back panel of the DVD-VCR to the Audio/Video Line Inputs of your
monitor TV.
2 Set TV to Auxiliary Mode
Set your monitor TV to “Aux,” “Video,” or “Line.” Refer to your
monitor television owner’s manual for the correct setting.
3 Connection is Complete
NOTE: With this connection, the TV/VCR button has no effect. It is
as if the TV/VCR button were always set to VCR.

You can automatically or manually tune in to FM and AM stations
to listen to radio broadcasts.
1 Press the FM/AM button.
• Each time you press the button, the frequency band alternates
between
FM and AM.
2 Tune in to a station.
• Automatic tuning : Hold down l ➛➛ / ❿❿ l to begin the
automatic tuning.
• Manual tuning : Press l ➛➛ to tune in to a lower frequency, or
press ❿❿ l to tune in to a higher frequency.

The FM/AM function cannot be selected while operating the
DVD player or VCR.
Example: Storing an FM station of 89.1 MHz into the preset number
02 of the FM1 band
1 Press the FM/AM button to select the FM band.
• Each time you press the button, the band alternates between
FM and AM.
2 Select a channel to choose the memory address to which you want
to store the station.
3 Use the ➛➛ and ❿❿ buttons to tune in to 89.1 FM.
4 Press the ■ button or the ENTER button on the remote control.
• 89.1 FM is stored in FM1.

To store other channels, repeat the steps 2 to 4 above.
