Manual installation on AIX 5.1 and AIX 5.2
To install the driver manually on AIX 5.1 or AIX 5.2, proceed as follows:
1.
After you have installed the adapter in the computer, boot AIX 5.1 or AIX 5.2 (for details,
see chapter 2 "Installation of the Network Adapter").

Login as “root”.

Start ”smitty” by executing

Novell NetWare
The driver is a 32-bit ODI HSM Novell NetWare server driver for the SysKonnect SK-98xx
family. The driver supports NetWare 4.20, NetWare 5.0 and 5.1, and NetWare 6.0.
To perform the installation, you must have access to the server console.
Drivers downloaded from our web site are available in a packed format (.zip files). The down-
loaded file has to be unpacked before installation.
