Call Transfer from Secretary to Executive
When the executive line is busy or has Do Not Disturb set, the secretary
can receive calls for the executive and transfer them, if appropriate.
1.
Answer and verify the nature of
the call. Then, press the [Selection]
button for [BOSS/SECR] and notify
the executive of the call.
2.
Replace the handset to transfer the call
to the executive.
• If the executive does not answer or
rejects the call, reconnect with the caller
by pressing the [Hold] button.
