Managing DVDs (Library)
To Register to Library
A Press DVD and load a disc.
B Press EDIT.
C Select and confirm on AREGISTERB.
D Press EDIT to exit.
To Delete from Library
A
Press DVD.
B Press EDIT.
C Select and confirm on ADELETEB.
D Select and confirm the DISC number to delete.
E Select and confirm on ADELETEB.
F Press EDIT to exit.
To Search for Recorded Programmes
from Library
A Press HDD or DVD.
B Press NAVIGATION.

Specify method for programme search.
0 For HDD library, select ANAMEB or ACATEGORYB.
0 For DVD library, select from ANAMEB, ADATEB,
ADISC No.B or ACATEGORYB.
For HDD
D
Select the programme to play back from the list,
then select the playback method.

For DVD
D Check the disc number.
0 Load the relevant disc and play back from the
Library Database Navigation. [ P42]
0 If a disc registered in the library is recorded or
modified on DVD units from other manufacturers,
it may not operate properly.

9 Register DVD discs recorded on other units in
the library. A maximum of 600 discs and
2000 titles can be registered.

0 The following discs cannot be registered in the library.
• DVD-RAM, DVD-RW
Discs formatted using devices other than JVC DVD
recorders.
• DVD-R
New discs recorded using devices other than JVC
DVD recorders.

0 You can also press NAVIGATION to register.
0 If unable to register, check the following setting. Setup
Menu ASAVE AS LIBRARYB = AONB [ P111] K
9 Select AREGISTERB, and the Editing screen
will appear. You can then select either
AMODIFYB or ADISC NAMEB. [ P80, 82]
