If reminders are turned on, your phone sends a reminder
at regular intervals until you close the new message
notification, read the message, or turn off your phone.
Reading, Locking, or Deleting a
Text Message
Messages in the inbox are sorted from newest to oldest.
The following indicators show message status:
Press To
READ (

) open the message (or your
text message inbox if there
are multiple messages)
or
DETAILS (
+
) open message details (or a
list of messages if there are
more than one)
When you are viewing
message details, press
DOWNLD (
+
) to download
and read the message.
Note: DETAILS appears for MMS messages if
Download is set to Defer
