Registering your product will ensure prompt, effective technical assistance and
customer service and allow you to receive notification of product updates, new
products and other valuable information to help you make the most of your
Magellan RoadMate Vehicle Navigation System.
To register your Magellan RoadMate, go to www.magellangps.com using your web
browser. Select the “Register/Login” option from the list of menu items. If you have
already registered an account with Thales Navigation, enter your e-mail address and
password. If you are not registered, you will need to create a personal profile by
clicking on the “Create your profile” hyperlink.
Once you have logged in, select the “Your Products” menu option and use the
“Register A Product” button to open the registration page. Fill out your information
and click on the “Submit” button to finish the registration.
