QUICK INFO Off, Distance/Bearing
Direction, Distance/
Bearing Degrees,
Coordinates Sets the information displayed in the
Quick Info box at the top of the screen
while panning.
POSITION
DESTINATION
LINE On, Off Sets whether or not the position
destination line (pink) will be displayed
on the Map screen.
WAYPOINTS
SHOWN Off, Icons Only, Icons
and Names Sets how waypoints are displayed on the
map.
GEOCACHES
SHOWN Off, Icons Only, Icons
and Names Sets how geocache waypoints are
displayed on the map.
POIs SHOWN Off, On Sets if POI waypoints are displayed on the
map or not.
TRACK LINES Off, On Sets if Track Lines are displayed on the
map or not.
MAP DETAIL Low, Medium, High Sets the amount of detailed information
that is displayed on the map.
ELECTRONIC
COMPASS On, Off Turns the electronic compass on or off.
BAROMETER On, Off Turns the barometer on or off.
GPS FIX On, Off When set to on will alert you when the
Magellan Triton loses GPS signals.
ALARM TONE Beep, Ring Sets the type of audible tone to be used.
ALARM
VOLUME Off, Low, Medium,
High Sets the volume level for the audible
alarm.
BEEPER
VOLUME Off, Low, Medium,
High Sets the volume level for the beeper.
BEEPER MODE Keys Only, Alarms
Only, Keys & Alarms Sets beeper usage.
OFF COURSE Various Sets distance to be off course before the
off course alarm will sound.
ARRIVAL On, Off Turns the arrival alert on or off.
WAYPOINT
PROXIMITY Various Sets distance that the Magellan Triton will
alert you to as you approach a waypoint.
GEOCACHE
PROXIMITY Various Sets distance that the Magellan Triton will
alert you to as you a geocache waypoint.
PLACE
PROXIMITY Various Sets distance that the Magellan Triton will
alert you to as you a place waypoint.
