Your phone is designed to be used only with
Motorola Original batteries and accessories. We
recommend that you store batteries in their
protective cases when not in use.
Charging the Battery
Before you can use your phone, fully charge the battery as
follows. Some batteries perform best after several full
charge/discharge cycles.
To Install the Battery
1 Remove the phone’s back cover as described in
“Changing Your Phone’s Cover” on page 18.
2 Remove the battery from its protective clear
plastic case.
3 Insert the battery,
printed arrow first,
under the tabs at
the bottom of the
battery
compartment and
push down.
4 Replace the phone’s cover.
