Rear Panel
The rear panel provides the following ports:

1 Power Connector for a 12 V adapter that you plug into an AC power outlet
2 Reset Press to restart the VT2442; you can also restart your voice gateway using its graphical user
interface (GUI) as described in
“Restarting the VT2442” on page 15
3 Ethernet
1, 2, 3, 4 Yellow Ethernet ports for up to four computers, gaming machines, printers, or other devices you can
connect to an Ethernet network
4 Internet Blue Ethernet port to your cable or DSL modem
5 Phone
1 and 2 Green ports for phones one and two (optional). If you subscribe to only one phone line from
Vonage, you must connect your phone to the Phone 1 port.
