\N1 Direct mode.
\N2 MNP reliable mode.
\N3 V.42/MNP auto-reliable mode.

\N5 V.42, MNP, or non-error correction (same as \N3).

Description: \V0 Disable protocol Result Code appended to DCE
speed.
