4. Loosen the fasteners that hold the motor to
the brackets shown in Figure 63.
5. Shift the motor horizontally as needed to align
the motor pulley with the cutterhead pulley.
6. Tighten the fasteners that hold the motor to
the brackets. V-belts should be parallel and
aligned as shown in
Figure 62.
7. Adjust the pulleys again, if necessary, until
they are coplanar (parallel and aligned) with
each other.
8. Close the pulley cover.
