Before using the FS-100, set up the unit as outlined in the following
sections:

The values set in these procedures are fixed and persist through
power cycles. To change them, repeat the steps outlined above.
FS-100 Automatically Detects Input Stream from AG-HVX200
FS-100 automatically detects the stream type input from the AG-HVX200
camcorder and, in addition, selects the appropriate HDD MODE and DV
FORMAT menu options.
Test Recording
The settings of cameras, NLEs, and the FS-100 are numerous and many
are critical. It is recommended that a test recording be done when a setting
change is made. This test recording should be played back to the camera
and tested with the target NLE.
