Pony Head Pieces
Floorboard Flap
• Insert five #8 x 3 /
4
" screws through the holes in the
right side of the pony head and into the left side of
the pony head.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.

• Fold the tab on the floorboard down.
• Align the hole in the floorboard tab with the hole in the
vehicle body.
• Insert a #8 x 3 /
4
" screw through the hole in the floorboard
tab and into the hole in the vehicle body.
• Tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not
over-tighten.
• Set the vehicle body aside.
Bottom View
• Apply labels 13, 14, 26 and 28 to the head assembly,
as shown.

• Fold the floorboard flap up.
