• Slide the body axle through the hole in the vehicle body,
the pony body and out through the hole on the other side
of the pony and vehicle bodies.

Body Axle
• Separate the body axle from the other two axles. The
body axle is longer than the other axles.
• Position a .437 cap nut on a flat surface and fit one end
of the body axle into it.
• Tap the other end of the body axle with a hammer to
secure the cap nut on the end of the body axle.
Hint: You may want to position the cap nut on a scrap
block of wood to protect the assembly surface.

• Position both the vehicle body and pony body upright.
• Slide the back end of the pony body up through the
front end of the vehicle body.
• Insert two #8 x 3 /
4
" screws through the blanket flap, the
hole in the blanket strap and into the pony body.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.
