• Position the battery retainer over
the battery with the ends of the
battery retainer aligned with the
screw holes in the vehicle body.
• Insert two #10 x 7 /
8
screws
through the ends of the battery
retainer and into the vehicle
body.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips
screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.

• Plug the battery connector into
the motor harness connector.
Note: If the battery connector will
not plug into the motor harness
connector, turn it over and try
again! Do not force the battery
connector into the motor harness
connector.
• Re-assemble the seat to the vehi-
cle body. (See assembly step 19
on page 18).
Important Note: Always remember
to replace the bolt in the seat to
prevent children from accessing
the battery.
