Assembly
• Position the tailgate with the flat
side facing up.
• Fit the peg on one side of the
tailgate into the tailgate opening
in the rear of the vehicle body.
• Slide the peg on the other side
of the tailgate into the tailgate
opening in the other side of the
vehicle body.
• Lift the tailgate and press firmly to
snap it closed.

• With the fastener side of the short
seat belt strap facing the floor of
the vehicle body, insert the “T”
tab at the end of the short seat
belt strap into the slot in front of
the seat. Do not insert the “T” tab
in the middle of the strap through
the slot.
• Pull up on the short seat belt strap
to make sure it is properly inserted
in the slot.
• Fasten the seat belt straps.
• Using safety scissors, remove the
taillight lenses from the plastic
connector. Dispose of the plastic
connector.
• Face the rear of the vehicle.
• Insert the tabs on the back of the
right and left taillight lenses into
the taillight slots in the vehicle
body.
Please Note: The left and right
taillight lenses are NOT inter-
changeable.
• Press firmly to snap the tabs into
the slots.
