Flagged Transactions
The Flagged Transactions page displays all transactions that have been linked to the Case File.
Typically, these are suspicious or fraudulent transactions that need to be retained for evidence.
Investigators can add comments to each transaction to justify why the transaction was flagged.
The flagged transactions list is organized into columns, some with links to other valuable information
related to the transaction, such as the receipt.
Date and Time
–
Date and time of the flagged transaction.
View Receipt
–
Displays the full receipt in the Receipt View on the right side of the window.
Transaction Total
–
Shows the total transaction amount of the flagged transaction.
Transaction
–
Shows the transaction number.
Video Clip
–
If SAVE CLIP is displayed in this column, the video clip is NOT attached to the Case File.
Saving the clip will attach it permanently to the Case File.
Remove
–
Removes the linked video form the Case File. It also deletes the saved clip if it exists.
Size
–
Shows the size of the saved clip.
Duration
–
Shows the duration of the saved clip.
