When creating groups of operators, it is beneficial to select this
Exclude for Analysis
for individuals
such as Managers, who often perform manual adjustments for cashiers (such as Voids, No Sales, etc).
Performing these functions can skew the Risk Analysis data.
Configuring Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) can help organize information in a way that best benefits your
needs. For in-depth explanation of KPIs, see KPI Weighting in the Risk Analysis section of this manual.
1.
Click the
KPI Configuration
tab.
2.
Select which
KPI
s you want to
include in this group.
3.
Select which of these KPIs you want
included in
Graph
reports.
4.
To adjust the importance of individual
KPIs, select
Enable KPI Weighting
,
and then adjust the
Weight
of each
KPI according to your needs.
5.
Click
Save
.
Assigning Shifts to Your Group
Use the Employee Shifts tab to further specify your group by
days and times.
1.
Click the
Emp Shifts
tab.
2.
Select
Restrict by Time
.
3.
Set the appropriate
Shirt Start
and
Shift End
times.
4.
Select
Restrict by Day
.
5.
Select the appropriate days to include in this group.
6.
Click
Save
.
