Recording Voice Information in a Memory Box
“Voice information” is the outgoing voice mess age you are recording in a memory box as a selection
available for your callers to hear.
Record voice information for the callers as follows:

SET.
5. Use the number keys to enter the
memory box number.
Example: 14
6. Press
SET.
7. Press
RECORD.
8. Pick up the handset.
9. Record a message, (up to ICM MAX.
TIME).

You
can
set
the
maximum
recording
length
for
a
voice
information,
from
20-60 seconds.
Use
Function
menu
8-5
(See
page
10-
15).
This
setting
also
will
change
the
maximum
length
of
incoming
mes
sages, memos and voice alarm.
10.
Replace the handset.
The
machine
automatically
will
play
back
the recorded message.
11.
To record more messages, return to
step 5 above.
To exit, press
STOP.
