NDS If “NDS” is selected as the server type, type in the default NDS tree
name and the default NDS context name.
LDAP If “LDAP” is selected as the server type, specify settings for the fol-
lowing.
• Server Address
• Port No.
• Search Base
• Timeout
• Authentication Method
To type in a host address for the server address, select the “Please
check to enter host name.” check box. If the machine is set to use
IPv6, an IPv6 address can also be specified.
If “Digest-MD5” is selected as the authentication method, specify
the search attribute.
