5 Commissioning
Please note
Malfunctioning can occur if excessive
loads are applied to the stop lever.
S Make sure that the following points
are always observed:
ć The alignment of the stop in
accordance with Fig. 21.
ć The stop lever must have sufficient
space to swivel in and out (per−
mitted distances see chapter
Fitting mechanical components").
ć The stop lever is moved out at the
correct time.
ć The slide of the linear drive must be
outside the swivel range of the stop
lever.
Please note
Be careful not to squash your fingers
when the stop lever moves in.
S Make sure that:
Ĉ nobody can place his/her hand in
the positioning range of the stop
lever.
Ĉ there are no objects in the position−
ing range of the stop lever.
