VENT FRAME INSTALLATION
7. Center the vent frame over the rough opening and
attach the vent frame to the corner tin using three #8
x ½” Lap Tek screws along each side and seven
screws along the bottom (Door hinge side). Six
screws can also be installed along the top of the
Vent Frame although do not install the three center
screws at this time. Do Not Over Torque The
Screws. Refer to Figure 6.
NOTE: Once the vent frame is installed, the tin overlap
area may need to be pulled to the column using
Lap-tek or stitch screws.
PULLEY BRACKET INSTALLATION
8. Observe the pulley bracket orientation as shown in
Figure 7 and place the pulley bracket over the three
predrilled holes in the vent frame mounting flange
and attach using three #8 x ½” Lap Tek screws. Do
Not Over-Torque The Screws.
9. Bend the pulley bracket as shown in Figure 8 and
align the pulley bracket holes over the three
predrilled holes in the vent frame. Attach using
three #8 x ½” Lap Tek screws. Do Not Over-Torque
The Screws. Refer to Figure 9.

Vent Frame fits the contour
of the tin on both sides.
