INSIDE TIN INSTALLATION
NOTE: The interior corner tin should be installed before
the interior ceiling and interior sidewall tin to
allow proper fit and placement of the vent kit.
1. Place a center mark on the knee brace and the
sheet of tin which will be placed in the corner. Install
the plastic sheeting (vapor barrier) and corner tin for
the entire length of the building. Ensure the corner
tin is consistently placed in the center of the knee
brace throughout the house. Refer to Figure 2.
NOTE: If the structure will have a flat-wall on the fan
end of the building, the flat-wall to corner-tin
transition point should be used for starting the
corner tin flush with the column. Refer to the
installation prints to determine if the fan end of
the building has flat walls and pour locations.
2. Proceed to install the interior ceiling tin, interior
sidewall tin, and plastic sheeting (vapor barrier).
