Allows you to select between different
shooting modes for taking still pictures.
4 Self-Timer

Allows you to take a self-timer picture.
5 Power/Memory
light
• Solid green—Camera is on.
• Solid amber—Camera is writing to
either the internal memory or an
installed memory card but can still take
a picture.
• Blinking amber—Camera is writing to
either the internal memory or an
installed memory card and cannot take
a picture.
• Blinking green—Camera is off and
charging the batteries using the
optional HP AC power adapter.
• Blinking red—Camera is shutting
down due to lack of battery power.
• Off—Camera is off or camera is
charging the batteries using the
optional HP Photosmart M-series dock.
6 Battery/Memory
card door

Allows access to insert and remove the
batteries and an optional memory card.
7 Menu/OK

Allows you to display camera menus,
select menu options, and confirm certain
