If the outboard motor is to be
removed from the boat for storage,
the lifting eye (contact your
authorized Honda Marine dealer to
purchase) must be installed in the
flywheel to attach a hoist hook.
Unlock and remove the engine
cover.
Remove the timing belt cover by
unscrewing the four cover bolts
and unlatching the three clips. 2.
