Adjust the throttle friction adjuster so
the control lever will hold a constant
throttle setting while cruising.
Steer by moving the tiller handle
opposite the direction you want the
boat to turn.
Use the steering friction knob to help
hold a steady course while cruising.
Turn the knob clockwise to increase
steering friction for holding a steady
course.
Turn the knob counter-clockwise to
decrease friction for easy turning.
Steer the boat in the same manner as
an automobile.
