Images are
missing on my
camera.
You installed a
memory card
after taking one
or more images.
When you
install a memory
card, images in
internal memory
are not visible.
Move the images from the
internal memory to the memory
card (see page 71) or remove
the memory card.
Some menu
options are
grayed out in
the Playback
Menu.
The option is not
available for the
image.
This is normal behavior. For
example, if a video clip is
selected, you cannot rotate it.
The image was
taken with
another camera
and cannot be
edited on this
camera.
Transfer the images from the
camera to your computer (see
page 61), then view or modify
them using the HP Image Zone
software.
The wrong
date and/or
time is shown.
The date and/
or time was set
incorrectly or
the time zone
has changed.
Reset the date and time by
using the Date & Time option in
the Setup Menu (see page 68).
The batteries
were drained or
were removed
from the camera
for too long.
Reset the date and time by
using the Date & Time option in
the Setup Menu (see page 68).
