101 Troubleshooting and Support
Unable to
communicate with
printer.
There is no
connection
between the
camera and
printer.
• Check that the printer is
turned on.
• Make sure the cable is
connected between the
printer and the camera.
If that does not work,
turn off the camera and
disconnect it from the
USB cable. Turn the
printer off and then on
again. Re-connect the
camera and turn it on.
Unable to Print.
Error reading
image file.
The image file
may be corrupt,
or too large.
• Turn off the camera. Re-
connect the camera
and turn it on.
• If that does not work,
transfer the image file
to your computer and
try printing the image
file from the computer.
No printable
images in
memory.
or
No printable
images on card.
The camera has
no still images.
Video clips
cannot be printed
directly from the
camera.
Disconnect the camera
from the printer, then take
still images before
reconnecting the camera
to the printer.
Cannot print video
clips.
You tried to select
video clip for
printing. Video
clips cannot be
printed from the
camera.
If your printer supports
printing video clips,
transfer the video clip to
your computer and print
them from your computer.
