YouÕll find the model and serial numbers on a label
under the lift-up cooktop.
These numbers are also on the Consumer Product
Ownership Registration Card that came with your
range. Before sending in this card, please write these
numbers here:
Model Number
Serial Number
Use these numbers in any correspondence or service
calls concerning your range.
If you received a damaged rangeÉ
Immediately contact the dealer (or builder) that sold
you the range.
Save time and money.
Before you request serviceÉ
Check the Before You Call for Service section in the
back of this guide. It lists causes of minor operating
problems that you can correct yourself.
Ñ Do not store or use gasoline or other
flammable vapors and liquids in the
vicinity of this or any other appliance.
Ñ WHAT TO DO IF YOU SMELL GAS
¥ Do not try to light any appliance.
¥ Do not touch any electrical switch; do
not use any phone in your building.
¥ Immediately call your gas supplier from
a neighborÕs phone. Follow the gas
supplierÕs instructions.
¥ If you cannot reach your gas supplier,
call the fire department.
Ñ Installation and service must be
performed by a qualified installer, service
agency or the gas supplier.
