SecurID Connectivity
To connect using SecurID, refer to the section appropriate to the
protocol and operating system you are using.
Using V.120 on Windows 95/98
The following example demonstrates how to use V.120 on
Windows 95/98 to connect using SecurID:
1 Ensure you have configured V.120 on your DIVA T/A.
2 From the Dial-Up Networking group, right-click the connection
on which you want to implement SecurID, and select Properties.
3 Under the “Using” field, click Configure.
4 Click the Options tab and enable “Bring up terminal window
after dialing.”
When you connect to the SecurID server, a terminal window will pop-
up that prompts for your user name and password.
Using V.120 on Windows NT 4.0
The following example demonstrates how to use V.120 on
Windows NT 4.0 to connect using SecurID:
1 Ensure you have configured V.120 on your DIVA T/A.
2 Click the Start button on the taskbar.
3 Point to Programs, then point to Accessories, and click on Dial-
Up Networking.
4 If your Dial-Up Networking entry already exists, continue with
step 6.
5 If your Dial-Up Networking entry does not exist, click on "New"
and enter all your configuration parameters.
6 Click on "More", and select the "Edit entry and modem
properties" option.
7 Select the Script Tab and make sure the "Pop up a terminal
window" option is enabled.
When you connect to the SecurID server, a terminal window will pop-
up that prompts for your user name and password.
