Wash and place vegetables in a casserole. Add no water if

vegetables have just been washed. Cover with a lid for tender

vegetables. Cover with plastic wrap for tender-crisp vegetables.

Stir before standing if possible. After cooking, let stand covered

for 2–5 minutes.

Use this setting to cook ground beef or turkey as patties or in bulk

microwave-safe rack and cover with wax paper. Place ground meat
