The Video tabbed pane lets you perform live adjustments and improvement of the camera
captured video effect relative to the target environment. If you experience difficulty in
implementing the adjusted parameters, it is recommended that you use the default setting by
pressing the Reset button (see figure below) at the back of the camera.
Brightness
The luminance of the captured image apart from its hue or
saturation.
Saturation
The degree of intensity and purity of a specific color.
Contrast
The brightness ratio of the lightest to the darkest part of the video
image.
Sharpness
The sharpness of camera.
Day/Night Threshold
Set the illumination lux value (5 ~ 100) to auto-trigger the camera
into “day” or “night” mode relative to luminance of the area under
surveillance. When the environment luminance becomes higher
than the set lux value, the camera will auto switch to “day” or
“color” mode. Otherwise, it will remain at “night” or “mono” mode.
ICR
User can turn Auto or setting for fix mode. This function is very
useful under low illumination environment.
Power Frequency
Frequency of power line: 50 or 60Hz
EV Compensation
It can increase or decrease the amount of brightness or darkness
of your image.
2D Noise
It can remove or lower unwanted noise and preserve fine details
and edges.
Wide Dynamic Range
This function is to provide clear images even under back light
circumstances. The higher “Strength” level will adjust contrast
compensation stronger.
White Balance
Adjust the white balance according to the environment
