Other Problems
The product cannot set up network services or suddenly cannot use
network services
❏ Has the product's root certificate expired?
If the product's root certificate has expired, a message indicating that you need to renew the root certificate is
displayed in Web Config or on the product's screen. Use a browser to access the product's Web Config from your
computer or smartphone on the same network as the product, and then update the root certificate.
