Fragrant waffles for any party occasion.

Cooking time: about 4.5 min.
300 g flour, 10 g baking powder, 1 pinch salt, 75 g caster sugar, 100 g butter, 2 eggs,
1/2 litre milk
- Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
Add the salt, sugar, melted butter and eggs.
- Pour in the milk slowly.
- Leave the mix to rest for 1 hour.

Cooking time: about 6/8 min.
300 g flour, 1 sachet baking powder, 1 pinch salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 eggs, 400 ml milk
- Beat the eggs to a smooth consistency.
- Add the other ingredients and beat together to form a smooth mix.
