6.2 Cleaning the grill cover and
accessories
Warning!
To avoid the risk of
injury or scalds:
– When moving grill cover 2,
ensure that no hot stock slops
over leading to scalds. It is
important to allow grill cover 2 to
cool down adequately.
– When cleaning grill cover 2,
take care not to injure yourself
on the sharp hooks. It is best to
use a washing-up brush.
– When drying up grill cover 2,
take care not to injure yourself
on the sharp hooks. Proceed with
particular caution.
1. Wash grill cover 2, raclette pans 1 and
wooden spatulas 7 by hand in hot
washing-up water.
2. If heavily soiled, leave parts to soak in
warm water for about 20 – 30 minutes.
You could add a few drops of mild
washing-up liquid.
3. Carefully dry all parts after cleaning.
