Comb Binding Machine
Safety precautions
This machine has been developed for punching 
paper and plastic sheets and for binding these 
materials with plastic binding combs. It must be 
used solely for this purpose and inaccordance 
with these operating instructions.
Always make a test with scrap paper before 
punching the original document. 
Empty the waste container regularly.
Do not attempt to exceed the maximum punching 
quantity of 12 sheets.

How to use
1. Setting up the machine
Place the machine on a stable surface.
2. Punching and binding
Lay the paper on the adjustable paperguide B.
Punching Test the punching result with a piece 
of scrap paper before you punch the original 
document.
Tap the paper stack on a flat surface and place 
it in the punching slot C with the pages aligned 
to the left side.
Press the hole punch lever A down forwards in 
order to punch holes into the paper.
3. Binding
Determining the binding comb size with measuring
gauge E.
Place the plastic binding comb in the binding 
mechanism D with the side to be opened 
uppermost.
Press the binding lever A far enough so that the 
binding comb is opened wide enough for the 
paper to be comfortably laid over it.
Place the punched paper stack onto the opened 
binding comb. Start with the front cover. To close 
the binding comb, push the binding lever A back 
to its starting position.
Remove the bound document.
Insert the paper / film here to provide it with 
4 ring binder holes.
4. Emptying the waste container
The waste container F is situated on the under-
side of the machine. Release the cover of the 
waste container over a waste paper bin and 
empty it. Close the waste container again.
