Verhoging voor kinderzitje
• Inleiding
Gefeliciteerd met uw aankoop. U hebt hiermee voor een
hoogwaardig product gekozen. De gebruiksaanwijzing is
onderdeel van dit product. Maak uzelf vóór het gebruik van het
product vertrouwd met alle gebruiks- en veiligheidsinstructies.
Gebruik het product enkel zoals beschreven, en voor de
opgegeven toepassingsgebieden. Overhandig alle documentatie
mee, wanneer u het product aan derden doorgeeft.
Indien u al deze instructies in acht neemt, zult u veel plezier aan
dit kinderzitje beleven. Wij wensen u en uw kind een goede reis!
• Geëigend gebruik
Verhoging voor kinderzitje voor kinderen van 15 tot 36 kg.
Verhoogde zitpositie; zodoende aan kinderen aangepaste
aanbrenging van de veiligheidsgordel. Snel en probleemloos
monteren en demonteren in alle personenwagens. Robuuste
kwaliteit. Wettelijk voorgeschreven.
Enkel geschikt voor gebruik in voertuigen die zijn uitgerust met
overeenkomstig ECE-regeling nr. 16 of andere vergelijkbare
normen goedgekeurde driepuntsveiligheidsgordels.
Dit is een universele kinderzitjesverhoging. Ze is conform ECE
R44/04 toegelaten voor algemeen gebruik in voertuigen en past
op de meeste, doch niet op alle autozitjes. Testnummer van het
Duitse verkeersambt: 04301180. Groep II/III, 15 - 36 kg. Een
correcte montage is waarschijnlijk indien de voertuigfabrikant in
het voertuighandboek verklaart dat het voertuig geschikt is voor
een universele kinderzitjesverhoging voor deze leeftijdsgroep.
Deze kinderzitjesverhoging is onder strengere voorwaarden
als ‘universeel’ geclassificeerd dan het geval was bij vroegere
modellen die deze informatie niet dragen. Gelieve u bij twijfel
tot de fabrikant of verkoper van deze kinderzitjesverhoging te
wenden.
• Inbouwmontage
De kinderzitjesverhoging in de rijrichting op de achterbank of de
passagiersstoel leggen. Let erop dat deuren, klapbare autostoelen,
bagage of andere voorwerpen die zich in de auto bevinden, de
kinderzitjesverhoging niet kunnen inklemmen of beschadigen.
• Instructie voor kinderbeveiliging
Het kind op de kinderzitjesverhoging vastzetten met de standaard
driepuntsgordel. Zie voor het gordelverloop afbeelding A. Hierbij
dient erop gelet te worden dat de gordel niet verdraaid is en het
sluitstuk van de gordel vlak tegen de kinderzitjesverhoging ligt.
Het is van belang dat de dwarsgordel centraal op de schouder
ligt. De bekkengordel moet het bekken van het kind vast omsluiten.
Na het vastklikken van de gordel het verloop van de gordel
controleren en vervolgens aanspannen.
Het kind niet zonder toezicht in de vasthoudconstructie laten.
• opgelet
Zonder goedkeuring van de bevoegde overheid mogen geen
wijzigingen aan de kinderzitjesverhoging worden uitgevoerd. Na
een verkeersongeval moet de kinderzitjesverhoging vervangen
worden.
De kinderzitjesverhoging mag niet zonder overtrek van het
zitje worden gebruikt. Voorts mag het door de fabrikant geleverde
zitjesovertrek niet door een ander vervangen worden dat niet door
de fabrikant aanbevolen wordt.
Let erop dat zich geen zware of scherpe voorwerpen in de
auto (bv. op de hoedenplank) bevinden, die bij een ongeval
inzittenden zouden kunnen verwonden. Alle voorwerpen in de
auto dienen op gepaste wijze gezekerd te zijn.
Bij ongeëigend gebruik van de kinderzitjesverhoging komt het
goede functioneren in het gedrang en kan zich ernstige schade
voordoen. Gelieve derhalve alle instructies in acht te nemen.
De kinderzitjesverhoging tegen rechtstreekse zonnestralen
beschermen indien het zitjesovertrek verwijderd werd, teneinde te
voorkomen dat het kind zich eraan verbrandt.
• Reinigingstips en aanwijzingen voor
verwijdering
voor zitjesovertrek:
Alleen op de hand wassen
Niet bleken
Niet in de droogtrommel drogen
Niet strijken
Niet chemisch reinigen
voor piepschuimkern: Met vochtige doek afwasbaar (geen reini-
gingsmiddelen gebruiken).
Dit product kan bij het restafval worden gedaan. Verwijder de
verpakking volgens de plaatselijke voorschriften.

Booster seat
• Introduction
Congratulations on your purchase. You have selected a high-
quality product. The instructions for use are part of this product.
Before using the product, familiarize yourself with all use and safety
instructions. Only use the product as described for the specified
areas of application. Always include the complete documentation
when passing on the product to a third party.
If you respect all of the instructions, you will very much enjoy your
car seat. We wish you and your child a safe and pleasant trip!
• Intended use
Booster seat for children from 15 to 36kg (33 to 76lb).
Seat belts properly fit the child thanks to an elevated sitting height.
Quick and easy installation and removal in all passenger cars.
Hardwearing quality. Required by law.
Only suitable for use in vehicles fitted with three-point seat belts
approved to ECE Regulation No. 16 or other equivalent standards.
The product is a universal booster seat. Pursuant to ECE R44/04,
it is approved for general use in vehicles and fits most, but not all
vehicle seats. Approval number by the German Federal Motor
Transport Authority (KBA): 04301180. Group II/III, 15 – 36kg
(33 to 76lb). A correct fit is likely if the vehicle manufacturer
declares in the vehicle manual that the vehicle is suitable for a
universal booster seat of this age group. The booster seat has
been classified as “universal” under more stringent conditions than
applied for previous models not carrying this indication. If in doubt,
please contact the manufacturer or seller of your booster seat.
• Installation
Place the booster seat onto the rear seat or front passenger seat in
driving direction. Make sure that doors, foldable seats, baggage or
other objects in the vehicle cannot jam or damage the booster seat
• How to secure your child
Secure the child on the booster seat by using the standard three-
point belt. For belt route, see figure A. Make sure that the belt is
not twisted and that the belt buckles are smoothly placed on the
booster seat. It is important that the shoulder belt runs centrally
across the shoulder. The lap belt must lie snug on the child’s
hips. After buckling the belt, check the belt route and tighten as
necessary.
Do not leave your child unattended when in the restraint
system.
• Important
The booster seat must not be modified without the approval of
the competent authorities. After an accident, the booster seat must
be replaced.
The booster seat must not be used without the seat cover. In
addition, the seat cover provided by the manufacturer must not
be replaced with any other seat cover not recommended by the
manufacturer.
Make sure that there are no heavy or sharp objects inside
the vehicle (e.g. on the rear shelf) which could harm passengers
in the event of an accident. All objects in the vehicle should be
appropriately secured.
In the case of improper use of the booster seat, its function will
be compromised which may result in severe damage. Therefore,
please respect all of the instructions.
When the seat cover has been removed, protect the booster
seat from direct sunlight so that your child will not get burned by
any heated surfaces.
• Care and disposal instructions
For seat cover:
Handwash
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry
Do not iron
Do not dry-clean
For expanded polystyrene core: can be wiped with a soft cloth
(do not use any cleaning agents).
This product can be disposed of with the residual waste. Dispose
of the packaging according to the local regulations.
