Applying the Bandage
Lumbar pads (optionally removable)
The bandage is applied correctly when the lumbar pads
can be felt underneath the beginning of the buttocks.
Compression belt
(optionally removable via hook & loop fastener)
An additional stabilisation of the
lumbar region is achieved with the
compression belt. The higher the
initial tightening when applying the
compression belt the larger the
achievement of stabilisation.

Before applying this item, please open the hook & loop fastener
on the side of the compression belt.

fasten the hook & loop fastener on the bandage. The bandage
should fit comfortably and slightly tight.

Tighten the compression belt using both hands.

Close the hook & loop fasteners on the sides of the compression
belt one after the other.
