Applying the Bandage
Note: When applying the bandage, please observe that
the stabilisation belts are firmly tightened but do not
cut into the leg! It is easiest to apply the bandage while
sitting down.
Fig. 1: put the opened bandage onto the knee joint from the front so
that the intended recess in the bandage is positioned precisely over
the kneecap (patella). Bend the knee joint slightly and secure the
bandage by closing the middle hook & loop fastener.
Fig. 2 and 3: Close the top and bottom hook & loop fasteners.
Fig. 4 and 5: place the lower stabilisation belt around the knee and
bandage from the back and afterwards through the intended ope-
ning of the clasp. Secure the stabilisation belt by closing the hook &
loop fastener. Repeat this procedure with the upper stabilisation belt.
