• Never apply the bandage so tightly that circulation is impeded.
• Do not wear the bandage for longer than 2 or 3 hours at a time
or for more than 6 to 8 hours per day.
• Do not wear the article when sleeping or for resting for a long
period, such as sitting for a long period.
• Wash the areas of skin that are covered by the bandage tho-
roughly and regularly.
• The skin must be free of gel, grease, ointments, oils, or similar, in
order to prevent allergic reactions.

Possible side effects

• In the event of discomfort while wearing the bandage (e.g.
tingling, pain, swelling), remove the bandage immediately!
• Risk of skin irritations and skin reactions! There may be skin reac-
tions and irritations in some cases. For this reason, it is important to
make sure that you do not exceed the maximum wear times as
given and that you wash the areas of skin that are covered by the
bandage thoroughly and regularly. If problems or discomfort
occur anyway please consult a doctor immediately!

Applying the bandage

• Wrap the brace around the respective area of the back and close
the hook-and-loop fastener (1) on the brace (see figure A).
The bandage should sit comfortably and exert light pressure.
