cutting as these have substantial effects

please check the condition and function
of the reflective strips at regular inter-
vals. In the event of damage to, wear to
or failure of individual lEds the function
is no longer assured. In this event the
reflector strips must be replaced and
disposed of correctly (see disposal).
avoid looking directly into the beam
of light.
Help children to put the reflector strips on.
remove the batteries from the reflector
strips if you do not use them for a longer
period.
Empty batteries must be removed from
the reflector strips immediately in order
to avoid battery leaks.

or damaged batteries can cause acid
burns to skin on contact. do not touch
the batteries with bare hands.
batteries may not be dismantled, thrown
