• Note the maximum permissible loading
capacity of 120kg. Exceeding the weight
limit can damage the product or compromise
its functionality.
• Always keep the operating instructions and
the exercise guidelines ready to hand.
• If you feel discomfort, faintness, or tiredness,
stop the training session immediately and
contact your doctor.
• To train safely, you need plenty of space.
Perform the exercises with enough distance
from objects and other persons so that no one
can be injured.
• Pregnant women should perform the training
only after consulting their doctor.
• Train only on a flat and non-slip surface.
• Do not use the article near stairs or steps.
• Use only indoors and on appropriate
surfaces.

• Do not allow children to use this product
unsupervised. Instruct them in the correct use
of the training instrument and maintain super-
vision. Allow use only when the child’s mental
and physical development permits.
This product is not intended to be a toy.
avoiding damage
• Check the article before each use for
damage or wear. If the outer casing is
damaged, the ball may no longer be used.
• All inflatable articles are susceptible to cold,
so never unfold and inflate the article at a
temperature of less than 15ºC.
• Protect the article against sunlight. If the air
pressure increases in strong sunlight, this must
be balanced out proportionately by letting
out some air.
• Avoid contact with sharp, hot, pointed, or
dangerous objects. Make sure that the train-
ing area is free from objects with sharp
edges.
• Only use the intending inflating device to
blow up the ball. Otherwise, the valve may
become damaged.
• Do not over-inflate because of the danger that
this may cause damage.
• Close the valve properly after inflation.
• To inflate the article, do not use either a com-
pressor or an air pressure bottle. This can
lead to damage of the article.
