Appliance doesn’t
reach operational
pressure.
1. The double nozzle is
worn/cut.
2. Air in the hose.
3. The inlet hose leaks or is
blocked.
4. The in- or outlet valve is
damaged.
5. The sealed ring of the
plunger is damaged.
6. The O-ring of the unload
valve is damaged.
7. Pump seat leaks.
1. Change the double nozzle.
2. Start the motor, turn on the
spray nozzle and fill the inlet
hose with water to expell all
air.
3. Clean or Change the inlet
hose.
4. Change the valves.
5. Change the sealed ring.
6. Change the O-ring.
7. change the pump seat.
The pump leaks.
1. The sealed ring is damaged.
2. The bolts are loose.
1. Change the sealed ring.
2. Tighten the bolts.
No water flows or
flow rate too low.
1. The new pump doesn’t take
in water.

1. Switch on and open the gun
trigger valve, fill the inlet
hose with water to exhaust
air, connect to water supply
or place the inlet hose into
water tank.

12 WARRANTY
 This product is warranted as provided by law for a 36 months period effective from the date
of purchase by the first user.
 This warranty covers all material or production flaws. It does not include: defective parts
subject to normal wear & tear, such as bearings, brushes, cables, plugs or accessories
such as drills, drill bits, saw blades etc. ; damage or defects resulting from abuse, accidents
or alterations; nor the costs for transport.
 We reserve the right to reject any claim where the purchase cannot be verified or when it is
clear that the product has not been properly maintained. (Clean ventilation slots, carbon
brushes serviced regularly,…)
 Your purchase receipt must be kept as proof of date of purchase.
 Your appliance must be returned un-dismantled to your dealer in an acceptably clean state,
(in its original blow moulded case if applicable to the unit), accompanied by your proof of
purchase.
13 ENVIRONMENT
Should your appliance need replacement after extended use, do not discard it
with the household rubbish but dispose of it in an environmentally safe way.
Waste produced by electrical machine items should not be handled like normal
household rubbish. Please recycle where recycle facilities exist. Check with your
Local Authority or retailer for recycling advice.
