A number of icons may appear on the cordless phone display.
They are shown inside the front cover of this user’s guide.
The list below explains what the icons mean and the text
which may appear on the display.
Search/Subscribe
button Pressed briefly: search cordless
phones.
Pressed longer: subscribes a
cordless phone.
External line light
(red)
Search/Subscribe

Charging light
(green)
Shift On: you have pressed the key
to use the second function of a
key.
Programming Flashes quickly: programming
mode.
Flashes slowly: telephone
number is being stored.
Ring-off On: ring signal at lowest
position or ring signal is
temporarily off.
Lock On: keys are locked.
Flashes: call barring is on.
Battery meter On: batteries charged.
Flashes: batteries almost empty.
Flashes quickly: batteries are
being charged.
