Jumper Settings

VES-500 Board:

CON1: For LVDS power

Internal USB 2.0 Connector (CON2)

4-pin Reset or Power-on Push Button (RST1): This

button can be pushed to power up or reset the system

depending on the jumper setting (J2).

RST1 Function Selection (SW3): It is used for

selecting the RST1 push button’s function.

Serial Port(COM1)

MODESLT1: Boot mode Selection

System Boot Device Selection (SW1, SW2): It selects

between the onboard eMMC or the SD card to be the

boot device.


SATA Connector (SATA1): It is for connecting a 2.5’’

SATA harddisk to be served as your system’s storage. It

supports rates up to 3.0 Gb/s (300 MB/s) with Integrated

AHCI controller

4-pin SATA Power Connector (PS4S1): It is used for

connectig the SATA power cord.
